Gold membership plan

The Gold Plan is targeted at those prioritising regular and extensive healthcare.

  • 8 Private GP appointments per year (15-minute sessions, available face-to-face, by telephone, or via video call)
  • 8 Practice Nurse appointments per year
  • 8 Healthcare Assistant appointments per year
  • 4 Private Physiotherapy appointments per year
  • 5% discount on additional private GP services booked

By completing the payment application you are confirming your understanding of the above and agreement for a minimum 12 month membership plan at a cost of £600 per annum. Your membership plan will commence as soon as your initial payment is confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

To ensure clarity, the following terms and conditions apply: 

  • By entering into a plan, members are committing to a minimum membership period of 12 months.  
  • Being a member of an InspireHealth Membership plan entitles you to receive a 5% discount on all of the primary care services provided by InspireHealth (specialist services and diagnostic tests provided by other providers are excluded). 
  • If you wish to cancel the membership before the 12 months is up, you will still be required to pay the full 12 months subscription and any outstanding appointments that have been arranged utilising the 5% discount will be re-calculated.  
  • Whilst InspireHealth will endeavour to remind patients of their required appointments, the responsibility for making and attending the appointments rests with the client.  
  • Monthly fees will be reviewed on an annual basis; InspireHealth reserves the right to increase these fees giving members at least 30 day’s written notice. 
  • Monthly fees will be taken by Direct Debit via ‘GoCardless’; a payments service that is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, for the provision of payment services. 

*Membership plan and discount doesn’t include secondary care appointments/specialist care or any diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, Scans etc) that are not provided directly by Inspire Health.  For further details including a full list of diagnostic services and prices, please contact a member of our team

What types of issues can I use my appointments for?

You can use your included appointments for a wide range of services, including general medical advice, chronic illness management, minor illnesses, travel consultations, physiotherapy needs, and routine tests.

Can I use the Gold Plan for my family members too?

The membership is individual, but Inspire Health offers family-friendly options. For family coverage, each member should enroll in their own plan. You can contact the clinic to discuss multi-member packages.

How do I choose the right plan?

We offer three membership plans: Bronze, Silver, and Gold - each tailored to different healthcare needs. The best plan for you will depend on how often you need medical support and whether you require additional services like physiotherapy.

Are video and telephone consultations included in the Gold Plan?

Yes. Your included GP appointments can be used in-person, via telephone, or video call — whichever suits your schedule best.
