PER MONTH

  • 4 Private GP appointments per year (15-minute sessions, available face-to-face, by telephone, or via video call)
  • 4 Practice Nurse appointments per year
  • 4 Healthcare Assistant appointments per year
  • 5% discount on additional private GP services booked

By completing the payment application you are confirming your understanding of the above and agreement for a minimum 12 month membership plan at a cost of £360 per annum. Your membership plan will commence as soon as your initial payment is confirmed.

If you would like to upgrade to the Silver or Gold package later down the line, you just need to get in touch with a member of our team who will discuss the process with you. 

Terms & Conditions

  • By entering into a plan, members are committing to a minimum membership period of 12 months. 
  • Being a member of an InspireHealth Membership plan entitles you to receive a 5% discount on all of the primary care services provided by InspireHealth (specialist services and diagnostic tests provided by other providers are excluded).
  • If you wish to cancel the membership before the 12 months is up, you will still be required to pay the full 12 months subscription and any outstanding appointments that have been arranged utilising the 5% discount will be re-calculated. 
  • Whilst InspireHealth will endeavour to remind patients of their required appointments, the responsibility for making and attending the appointments rests with the client. 
  • Monthly fees will be reviewed on an annual basis; InspireHealth reserves the right to increase these fees giving members at least 30 day’s written notice.
  • Monthly fees will be taken by Direct Debit via ‘GoCardless’; a payments service that is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, for the provision of payment services.

Membership plans include a set number of appointments each year. If you require more than the included appointments, you can book additional services at a discounted rate (5% off for members).
